Dr. Latasha Bacote-Owens (Dr. O) is an AI Architect and Education Strategist with over 20 years of experience supporting schools, districts, and early childhood programs through inclusive, compliant, and forward-thinking educational practices.

Dr. O is a dedicated educational leader whose work spans special education, early childhood systems, compliance, and professional development. She partners with educators and education leaders to design systems that strengthen instructional practice, support diverse learners, and align with federal and state education requirements. Her expertise includes mentoring educators, delivering high-impact professional development, and presenting at regional and national education conferences.

Virtual & On-site Training:
Trainings are MSDE approved Core of Knowledge trainings that meet all licensing requirements, fulfill credential obligations, and empower child care providers to grow professionally.
Workshops are offered in the evenings and on Saturdays. All participants must be present for the entire course to receive certification
*Minimum participation for a training session: 10 participants
Coaching as Professional Development:
Coaching as professional development is for child care professionals and programs who want to take a step beyond training. We will work together to design action plans towards achievable goals.
Consultation:
Through customized consultation services we will sit down and discuss your specific program needs. Do you have questions about your current programming needs such as curriculum, parent engagement, inclusive practices? With a consultation, we can work together to get back on the right track.
